Pressure is all around us and our stressful reaction can affect our thinking, our emotions, our bodies, our behaviours and our spiritual walk. The right amount of pressure can move us to be creative, effective and productive and increases our faith. We need to find peace but also be motivated. The talk provides 8 practical tips to managing stress and explains how, like Diamonds &amp; Coal, we are being transformed by a little pressure.</em></p>
