Reference Group
While the leaders have responsibility for leading the church, we seek to be accountable and transparent in what we do. Firstly we are accountable to God, but we also recognise an accountability to the church. In practice this is difficult with a reasonably large number of people (although we do seek to listen to and consult the whole church), so we have asked a representative group to act as a reference group, a sounding board, and a group that can represent the leadership to the whole church.

The Reference Group meets with the Leadership Team around 3 or 4 times a year, in normal circumstances. If there are particular issues you would like to be discussed in the Reference Group Meetings, please contact Iain Archibald.
