God Centred

We want God to be the centre of all things that we do, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
God’s Church is unlike other organisations or institutions, in that we recognise that the source of life and direction comes from our ‘head’, Jesus. His love for people motivates us, His passions inspires us, His mission directs us. We are dependant on the guidance and the empowering of the Holy Spirit in all we do.
For example, many people are looking for community. But we are looking for a God-kind of community, not just friendships or enjoying hanging out together (important though that is!), but the kind of community that encourages and spurs each other on in our following Jesus, that prays for each other, is committed to each other through thick and thin. This can only be achieved as we recognise the Father, Son and Holy Spirit in the midst of our relationships.
What is true for our desire for community is also true for all other areas of church life.
